actually, I've had great experiences with cellphoneshop.net. There was one time where they've sent something that didn't work. I sent them an email and they quickly sent a replacement.

Didn't you get an email confirmation? Can't you use that as your invoice?
if you did it thru yahoo, you should be able to get an invoice also.
