I don't think their cabin uniforms are that bad.

Customer care on the ground is woeful, I agree. I have had my issues too , but I enjoyed some excellent savings on airfares. But I'm actually taking QR on my next long haul trip, because EY prices ex-UK seem to have skyrocketed.
