^Perhaps its time for United to become a first rate intl carrier before DL or AA, instead of copying them in the cheapest possible ways...save their cheap shananigans/no leg room for domestic?
This is the problem with the US 3, no one wants to differentiate themselves...just copy each other. United can become to US what Turkish Airlines is to Europe, if it stopped being cheap.
Star Alliance already anchors some of the best airlines in Europe (LH, Turkish), Asia (Thai, Singapore), South America (Avianca). United is the big let down in North America.
