No way. That would be the same product as E+ on the current int'l 772s, and Y on a JL 787. There is an international standard here, and it's 2-4-2 on 777/747 and 2-3-2 on 787.

I have mixed feelings about this. I really doubt this will couple with a dramatic rise in PE fares, and the current market equilibrium is IMO reasonable. The nice change would be that I can actually reliably buy a ticket in a reasonable cabin at a reasonable price (e.g. LH E fares TATL from SFO are usually about $2,500 rt if timed correctly), and also waitlist a certificate.
