I have a staying coming up in a little while at the EVEN Times Square. I am an IHG Platinum. I requested late checkout and they are telling me that means noon. I was under the impression that it meant 2PM (subject to availability, etc).

Does each property get to decide for itself what late check out means? Noon would barely seem to qualify as far as I am concerned.
