If UA does implement a PE product, I would expect:
- One seat fewer abreast than Y, so 3-3-3 777, 2-4-2 787/A350, and the 767 is unlikely to get it, but if it does 2-2-2.
- Seat pitch in line with other PE products, i.e. 38-42", not 53-55" like the Hawaii/Intl barcaloungers.
- No complimentary upgrades other than for operational reasons or in corporate deals (i.e. buy Y 40% off, get seated in PE).
- GPUs will ignore PE and still be Y->J, but who knows what the future holds.
