Is HLL to mean Honolulu? If so the appropriate airport code is HNL. Some cities have catchall codes like CHI for MDW & ORD and NYC for LGA, EWR & JFK while others have to do specific to one airport. This may be hindering your award search. Also some search programs are better than others. Think of it as comparing Google to Bing to Lycos (yeah I'm that old). For different alliances, airlines and routes certain searches are better.
