Does anyone know if this affects UAX - given SkyWest is involved, I figured there's a good chance it does. I'm just not sure if the UAX seats are Zodiac or another manufacturer. Doesn't mention the other UAX CR7/E70 operators, which I assume could be involved, and doesn't specifically mention E75, but given they say E70 and E90, I figure they are probably likely in there too, if they are in the other UAX planes.

And does Zodiac assume financial responsibility for this in the end, since it is thier seat that doesn't meet the safety requirements, or will the airlines involved end up having to pay for removal/replacement on their own?

We can only hope they do swap their seats. The current UX economy seats are horrible.

Unfortunately I have a feeling the current seats are Recaro seats.
