Yes I agree, I did not make that as clear as I should. The claim arises (potentially) on the CE ticket for the failure to deliver the advertised service (which would typically be over the £100 threshold). Why use the same credit card? Simple, the credit card company is far more likely to refund the small cost of the food purchased rather than be tied up trying to resolve the matter with the supplier.
