Bonaire is going to be a hard one to get as it's a seasonal and even then limited service destination.
Using DL's award search can be helpful but since the award chart is "hidden" you'll have to do some extra legwork. If you find an award routing via DL's site that seems to be on the low end you can call Flying Blue and see if it can be booked. Chicago can be a more difficult award to generally find for North American awards as it is not a DL Hub so a single or double connection is required.
