I called recon yesterday for my Hyatt card immediately after getting a pending message on application. They asked me some basic finance questions (income, mortgage amount, etc.) then said it would be up to a week for review.
I checked my Chase account this morning and got the "no application activity" message.
I checked my Chase account this afternoon and the Hyatt card showed up.
Woot!
