As a new AS flyer, I'm wondering if what I am seeing is an Alaska competitive feature, or difference.

On the same "week after week" flights, the flight crew is rarely composed of the same AS individuals, rarely is any one of them the same. My experience on other carriers (AA, even WN) is that one usually starts to recognize/ be recognized by flight crew after a few weeks of flying. In my case, we passengers are the only ones starting to recognize each other! ???

Anyone?
