No to either of them, I'm afraid.
QF do not offer AUP, and because it's an Avios booking, you can't use QF points to upgrade even if you had them either, and you can't use Bid for Upgrade either as far as I know (won't be offered in the first place due to it being an redemption, especially using non-QF points).
