Etihad's costumer service is a joke
After almost 48 hours, countless phone calls at multiple numbers and contacting Etihad through their Facebook page, they finally sent me an e-mail indicating the bags had been found? Where? they didn't say. No explanation. No apology. And, their Cairo office refused to deliver the bags to our hotel that day (yesterday). So, we picked them up at the Cairo airport today as we were scheduled to leave to BKK on Qatar. I am sure we will get better service with Qatar. Etihad proved to me that they simply don't care about their costumers. Their premium cabins may be nice, but they are really a third grade airline with pathetic costumer service. Will not fly Etihad again. NEVER.
