No. He meant you just do a search on ba.com, if there is oneworld partner availability it should show up. There is no option (or need) to specifically search partners on ba.com anymore. The usual provisos/warnings apply about this not applying to AS or EI, ba.com may be unreliable when searching for connecting flights on partners, etc. There is nothing to stop you from searching a partner airline site first to check on availability and then searching on ba.com or calling, other than a phone fee.
