Not sure how they plan to price this hotel but it's in a very good location, walking distance to Nanjing West subway station and lots of interesting bars and restaurants in the Jing'An Area of Shanghai. I'd say it's now tied with the 12 on Hengshan for the best located Starwood hotel in Shanghai.
