I just called about an S class I booked online and only received 50% and the rep said he could NOT help me and that only a customer service sup could and that there are a lot of requests and that it was going to take a while...I am only talking about 250 miles so I am not going to kick and scream BUT I just want to let you know that they are NOT all doing it...you must have reached someone who was "qualified"...of course with CO same story...no one is ever on the same page!!!!
