I would give the arrivals lounge the first shot. GF shares shower facilities with the rest of the lounge and wait times in the morning can be long. If for some reason there's a wait for a shower in the arrivals, you can always just head to GF and take your chances there. If there's a wait in GF, at least you get to sip on some Champagne and grab a bite while waiting.
