If the TA failed to ticket this promptly, they should cover the additional cost. If they did everything properly, they should still advocate for you with BA. One of the reasons for using a TA (and paying them money, even if you don't pay them an explicit service fee or retainer versus just commissions) is that they should handle such problems for you.
