6 weeks passed and no credit. I call up VA, they state the skymiles number was on the ticket and to reach out to Delta. I filled out mileage credit form on DL and sent them a copy of my emailed confirmation. DL requests boarding passes. I used mobile boarding passes on the app and sent in screen shots of my iPhone wallet. Delta says no they must have the hard copy.
My question is... should I just give up on this or is there another way past the DL wall? I have been round and round and DL refuses to budge saying they need paper boarding passes which I never got. VA says this is a DL issue and they cannot help.
My fault (I guess) for not knowing I needed physical paper boarding passes to credit a flight. I assumed (wrongly) the skymiles number was all that was needed.
Did you give them the ticket number? This is what they need. Most times it is in the BP. If it doesn't work call.
