I apologize if the topic is already brought earlier.
I've just issued an award ticket after making sure that the changes/cancellation charge is only USD 25 as per TK website
here.
I booked on "Limited Capacity" category.
However, once I received the confirmation mail and clicked on "fare rules", it's saying:
*ANY TIME CHARGE USD 200.00 FOR REISSUE/REVALIDATION
*BEFORE DEPARTURE CHARGE USD 400.00 FOR CANCEL/REFUND
I've only booked now so that I didn't mind paying USD 25 in case if anything happens in my itinerary.
Anyone has any idea which is the correct information?
