Might be wrong on this but I think if you booked Points and Money stays under the old rules, you won't get the Honors points for the cash part. Can't find it, but I thought I read somewhere that any current bookings under the old rules would not qualify. Having said that, some members did occasionally get points even under the old rules, so you may get lucky.
Found it in the original thread about the Four New Hilton honors Perks where the above is stated. In post no 170 of this thread,

If you book a Points & Money rate when the new functionality goes live later this month, the money portion will qualify to earn Hilton Honors Base Points. You'll also qualify to earn Bonus Points through eligible promotions, including the 2K Every Day promotion (note: I posted this update in the promotion thread, as well).
Points & Money stays booked under the current system are subject to the current Terms & Conditions of the program - therefore, you would not be eligible to earn Points on the cash portion of the stay.
Only under the new Points & Money system (launching later this month) will members earn Base Points (and applicable Bonus Points). Again, the Terms & Conditions will be updated to reflect this change once this new feature goes live.
