LUS Club agents told me there was no automatic notification, but often a GA (that could see a passenger is a club member) would call to the club to enquire, but "don't depend on that." Not sure if SABRE provides that alert.

My experience is TATL or TPAC flights are announced with regularity, randomly delayed domestic flights are announced at outstations...
