The Hamptons in China do not earn/participate in Hilton Honors. From the terms and conditions:
12.The term "hotel within the Hilton Portfolio" as used in these Terms and Conditions is defined any hotel that participates in the Hilton Honors program. All Hampton by Hilton™ hotels in Mainland China are currently excluded from the Hilton Honors program.

If a hotel ceases to be a hotel within the Hilton Portfolio, all stays subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn Hilton Honors Points regardless of when the reservation was made.
