i do find the name strange, and the website looks a little amateur, which doesn't give much confidence when you start your compensation process...on top of it, the option to send your claim by whatsapp doesn't reinforce a sense of confidence/professionalism...but I guess it's better to have more options than none...
I've also searched the German language Vielfliegertreff forum for experiences with this company and it seems like a *really* mixed bag. Some people say it's fine and others say it's a disaster...lets see...I'll keep an open mind until I get my new suitcase delivered...
