There is no reason AC couldn't make a special lounge that only let their own people in. It would just annoy the rest of *A.

Even your first point is wrong. *G doesn't get you in the SQ J lounge. *G doesn't get you in the Polaris lounge. You need international business class for either of those. And I'm sure there are more examples

That all being said, until AC actually announces any of this, I see no reason to believe the access rules will be any different than the rest of the network.
I'm not sure you understand this. The LH and UA situations are in places where an alternative is offered.

Apparently, Delta paid for most of the changes in this move of terminals by various airlines.
Delta paid for everything, including building AC the MLL. They were behind the plan and had to pay.

AC isn't taking THAT many people on connections from Asia. Their primary focus at LAX is O&D to their Canadian cities and TATL connections, with some TPAC connections over YVR.
