You can only qualify by reaching 360,000 level miles during a 2 year period on AF/KL marketed flights (i.e. ticketed).

So if you have a KL ticket on a DL operated flight, you are good. But if you buy a DL ticket for a KL operated flight, this does not qualify for Ultimate level miles.
