Looking at my plans it seems like my route will start in hanoi (flight into Hanoi is already booked):
I need the following 5 flights or variations thereof that will get me to these destinations:

Hanoi to Hue
Hoi an or danang to SGN
SGN to Cebu city philippines
Cebu city to BKK
BKK to SIN

SIN is where my flight out of the region begins. Any recommendations of programs I should look at given these goals or alternate airports to get to these destinations are appreciated.
