Depends. If she arrived at the departure gate past the cut off time for presence at the gate, the CTA has ruled in favor of AC. If she can show she was at the gate before that time (for instance, having taken a picture of a clock close to the gate) then it should be OK.

AC was doing the thing based upon arrival time and MCT. I believe the CTA has disallowed that.
