Sometimes, although it won't be D1 service, amenities, or other privileges.

One way to check is to look at the number of rows of FC on the 757 seat map. If it's flat beds (in the 2-2 configuration, so not 100% direct aisle access like on the wide body aircraft), you'll see only four rows in the FC cabin.
