Some rather positive things to report also, but still with room for improvement.
I was flying to SCL (in J). At skyP check-in in 2E, very few booths open (4 overall , 2 for J pax and 2 for W, elites+), once I arrived at the desk, the agent asked me if I'd like to be escorted to the lounge. Guess what was my answer . I was quite puzzled that she closed her station to escort me. I thought she would call someone but no (I don't think this should be the way, but no complain from my perspective of course). She rushed me though immigration and security, passing before anyone else.
The terminal is not so busy at 8pm compared to the morning, but that saved me overall something around 20 min in line which is always appreciable.
Great welcome in the lounge and nice attentions from an attendant who "knows me" after so many frequent visits. He came to tell me that boarding would start soon and I left the lounge by the secret door. But no escort to the plane and this would have been good as the flight looked packed by the number of people at the gate and the SkyP line was long.
Super service on-board as usual with extra attentive PNC.
No welcome/escort on arrival at SCL and this would have been appreciable too because clearing customs took forever (while immigration took me only 5 min).
