Sounds great to me...prosecute away. Glad to see some of these clowns who couldn't get elected dogcatcher in any town of the US (with the exception of Berkley CA), be inconvienced by legal troubles for a change. Greenpeace is a hazard to marine navigation anyway. The article states that they boarded another vessel (although not where they did it). As private entity, Greenpeace has no legal justification to board another ship on the high seas or in U.S. waters no matter how high minded and moralistic their cause is. Unless a ship is in distress, you have no legal basis to interfere with a vessel's safe navigation. They should just be glad it wasn't a U.S. flagged vessel, then Ashcroft could have charged them with piracy.
