Since a few weeks ago, UA's website always is in Spanish (US) after I log it. I can change the language back to English (US) but on my next login it's in Espaņol once more! I thought this might be cookie related, so I logged out, deleted all my United cookies, and tried again. No change
I emailed UA's Web Support, and over a week later I got this less than helpful reply:

I apologize for the inconvenience. We have made our United.com programmers aware of the issue. They are working to correct the Spanish website error. Thanks for flying United.
