More likely to see bag sized at outstations, i believe there is one agent in SFO that is very diligent and some other out stations depends on how busy they are.
I've never had my carry on even looked at at priority checkin. But it does vary.
Amazon recently spent ~$14 to get a $10 item they sent in error (I ordered a $8 Canon body cap and got a $10 Nikon one) back. The mind boggles about how this is cost-efficient.
But can't fault their customer service. The online chat is pretty good and no language issues. The phone support, aye carumba!
Maybe AC should do online chat? I've had some mixed success with it for Rogers (for some reason every Rogers person lives in NB or NS). Or should I stop giving them ideas?
