You and IIRC one guest should have access to either business class KE lounge at ICN. Even though it's older, I personally prefer the one in the main terminal.

If there's a lounge at DAD (that's either operated by or used by your departure airline such as KE) you should also have access.

Of course this assumes that you're flying DL and SkyTeam partners such as KE.
