My husband and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in February on the recommendations in this thread and were pleased. The room was nicer than you'd expect for a Grand Hyatt, and the service was also quite good. We stayed in a club level room, and the club is small but nice and offers a good breakfast buffet.
