No. Tickets are explicitly excluded from coverage. See the top of page 22 of the Guide to Benefits (https://www.chasebenefits.com/sapphirereserve).

If you purchased the ticket within the past 24 hours, you may be able to cancel and rebook without penalty. Some airlines (like Alaska) will refund the difference in the form of a travel voucher if you're outside the 24-hour window and still have several weeks to go before travel commences. Otherwise if the price drop is substantial it may be worth it simply to swallow the change fee, cancel, and rebook the flight.
