They upped their game
This hotel has totally improved over the past year or so. I stay at this property often (major client nearby). They've done quite a bit of remodeling. The breakfast is superbly presented (for a Hyatt Place) with a fantastic staff. Years ago, this place was a dump, and it felt like a dangerous place to be at night. Today it has pleasantly morphed into a a safe, comfortable and even fun place to stay. The same management company owns three other Hyatt Place properties: San Antonio Quarry, Austin Arboretum, and (I think) Dallas Grand Prairie. I've stayed at all of those properties in the past, however I'm eager to stay at them all again, based on the superb job they've done in turning around the HP Houston IAH property.
