yes, both expert flyer and cx management booking return the same seat map, 1 vacant seat (ef shown 30H as blocked).

i.e. suppose a plane had 300 seats and the # of bookings in total across all classes are 291. CX can (and tends to, especially close to departure) still sell across all classes i.e. J9 C9 D9...Q9 O9. So they just want to sell 9 more seats and don't really care what fares those would be. If all 9 new bookings are economy, then they'll roll over the excess cabin by cabin upward.
It is my assumption based on previous W1 with 1 seat vacant and now W3 still one seat vacant, CX is now selling J as W and try to fill the flight as much as possible.
Which seems to mean that even with W1 at departure, it might mean that PEY cabin was oversold by 1 seat and I could be the lucky one to be actually flying in J seat, hopefully.
