Admittedly, I tend to charge my meals to my room folio for extra base points (which, of course, does require staying in the hotel), but if the credit charge card is coded as a charge from a Hilton, maybe not a huge surprise for the 12x points?
On my Amex it said "Hilton F&B" so it was a nice surprise!
