I may be asking for precisely what you hesitate to offer, but I'll be in WAW for one night this summer (probably staying at the Bristol) and would love suggestions for a nice dinner. I'm looking for something quintessentially Polish. My kid may eat everything or nothing. We're vegetarians but fully expect to eat lots of pork on this trip so we don't miss out on local delicacies.
