I think you would have enough time. Downtown Boston is pretty close to Logan. You could take the Blue Line which inexplicably while on the airport grounds isn't very close to the terminals into the city and then find a place to eat. Otherwise you can use Lyft and earn SkyMiles and get some Italian food in the North End.
Thanks. I think I remember taking the Blue Line once; convenient to get certain stops downtown, but in no way a short walk from the terminal. If silver line is a bus, that could change things (tho it'd be on a Sunday so less traffic). Also, you had me at Italian food in the North End
