This happened the other day when I was there. The blue coats were standing around doing nothing while the line snaked past the escalator, to the GS lobby and back. This created a huge mess as people going up/down the escalators and people exiting the secure area had to pass through the line to get where they were going
r figure out how to join it.
The new automated bins helped but I really did not understand why the didn't start the entrance to the cattle pen closer to the GS side instead of at the far end, the entire roped off maze was empty with everyone waiting in a high traffic area.
