Agents seem to know less and less these days.....called in today to check why I couldn't request 500 mile upgrade online, it was all grayed out.

I asked the agent if there was confirm-able miles/copay upgrade space from ORD-LHR. She stated that it was $75 & 15,000 miles (sigh), oh no, I am so sorry I mean it is $75 & 25,000 miles (sigh), I finally say shouldn't it be $350 & 25,000 miles - oh, yes, yes, yes, I am so sorry about the mixup .
