I heard the same thing happened to a colleague. Informed via SMS about a flight he never booked. My only experience was receiving an SMS in the taxi on the way to the airport that my flight had been cancelled. When I arrived, however, the check in staff assured me my flight had not been cancelled - it was just an unfortunate mistake.

Looks like there are still a few bugs in their notification system....
