It's DELAY FLIGHT DECK CREW SHORTAGE according to Expertflyer.

So presumably for some reason there wasn't a rested crew in London to take the flight back out this morning. So they either positioned in last night/operated a flight yesterday evening and need minimum rest before they can operate today, or they are positioning on AY831 arriving 9.10am to operate the return
