Agree, the full refund is not much use. The problem with compensation is that it is way less than the real fare difference, and in my case it goes straight back to the people who paid. So I'm stuck in the middle seat an an A320 with no compensation. And if it happens too often they could well assume I'm happy in economy and change the travel policy. I would much rather be given business class on another airline.
