You can expect to be met at the air ridge and escorted. Sometimes that doesn't happen...just follow the clear signs to the transit desk, then ask for an escort. Then as a business class passenger it will be off to the lounge. You can get a shower. I don't particularly like the food in the CZ lounge, but if you have access to the other nearby lounge (e. gby Diner's card or other means) the food is much better.
Upstairs in the CZ lounge you'll find a couple of massage chairs and several comfortable recliners. There are clear announcements for onward boarding.

i found it stress free on my first time through, and I speak no Chinese. There are plenty of CZ staff around to help.
