What is UA going to do if/when the Electronics Ban is pushed out and if/when it gets rolled out to domestic flights. Perhaps too early to begin speculating (and still a few too many hypotheticals) but are they really going to leave all these planes as PDE or will they refurb them? Surely this is something Kirby and team have to be thinking about.

DL is in a position of strength here since they opted for AVOD in their domestic cabin refreshes while AA and UA have gone the opposite direction putting them in a tough spot if the bans move forward.
