she got a full refund for the return portion of the flight..

the SQ business class ticket was more than BA business class ticket, obviously, plus the LHR-FRA flight. but it wasn't about money, she said... it was more about her being upset with BA.

not that I'm surprised... she's the kind of person who would not mind paying more for a car, if the dealership treats her with more respect. (as opposed to a dealership that charges less, but treats her like just another customer)
